c1search Announces Strategic Expansion into Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona
Rochester, N.Y. - c1search, a national leader in strategic staffing solutions, has announced an expansion of services into the southern California and Arizona markets. After experiencing rapid growth over the last three years, these strategic new locations will continue to expand the company's footprint across the nation, joining the current locations in Rochester, N.Y., Las Vegas, Nev., Dallas, Texas, Tampa, Fla., Atlanta, Ga., Cincinnati, Ohio, and Raleigh, N.C. area. The new locations will be supported by industry veterans Ashley Hill and Al Potter.
Hill, a veteran of the staffing and recruiting business with over 10 years of specialized account management experience, will be responsible for driving the success of the new southern California location in Orange County. Hill comes to c1 with extensive experience in both corporate recruiting and staffing fulfillment placing technical, professional, and executive level personnel in the fields of Finance, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Research and Development, Pre-clinical research and Manufacturing.
Potter joins c1search with an extensive background in Human Resources where he was heavily involved in recruiting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, benefits administration, training and employee relations. Most recently, Potter served as vice president of human resources for an $800 million dollar electronics company.
Both Hill and Potter will be primarily responsible for driving and supporting new regional and national business for the company.
